Chris Chung

Chris is an associate at Bautista LeRoy LLC and was born and raised in Queens, New York. Before joining Bautista LeRoy LLC, Chris had his own solo practice where he assisted clients in a variety of cases ranging from felony criminal matters, family law, real estate and employment discrimination.

Chris received his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University at Buffalo. Shortly after his undergraduate studies, Chris became an international volunteer traveling to over 20 countries but was mainly stationed in Cape Town, South Africa. While there, he facilitated counseling seminars and built up relations between local leaders and the local volunteer base to help empower the local community.

After his volunteer work, Chris attended law school at Regent University’s School of Law. While there, Chris saw a need for an Asian-American student organization. He would go on to become the founder and president of the National Asian Pacific American Law Student Association chapter for Regent University’s School of law. Chris graduated law school in 2016 and is currently licensed to practice law in Kansas, Missouri, and New York. He is also an active member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association and the Asian American Bar Association of Kansas City.

When Chris is not fighting for the best legal outcome for his clients, Chris spends his time with his two sons and wife. He is also an avid snowboarder and practitioner of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
